## Description

We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 900 S Grand Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63103-2918.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.75 USD per hour.

**Responsibilities** As a Seasonal team member, you will:

- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations

- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery

- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor

- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

**Additional Expectations** We also expect our team members to:

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Have a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance
