## Description

We are seeking a Public Sector Transformation Consultant to work with our clients in the public sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of key business value drivers and success metrics typical of large-enterprise Public Sector organisations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop industry point of view, including identifying market trends, responses, and solution offerings

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, articulating business value and delivering transformation

- Analyse and synthesise information, setting a clear direction in situations where data is absent or ambiguous

- Build customer relationships and work cross-functionally with various teams

**Requirements:**

- BA/BS or MA/MS in a related field, or equivalent experience

- Proven experience with Public Sector customers (Federal Civilian, Defense, State & Local Government, Nonprofit, or Education)

- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Prosci Change Management Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification, and Salesforce Agentblazer Innovator or Agentblazer Legend Credential

- Willingness to travel up to 25-30% of the time

- United States citizenship

- Leadership qualities, such as passion, mindset, self-awareness, strategic thinking, and collaboration

- Experience working with C-level executives

- Ability to influence stakeholders with clarity and authority
