## Job Overview

We're seeking a Senior People Program Manager to join our rapidly growing People PM Team at Anduril. You'll partner with teams and leaders to drive execution, manage program lifecycles, and build lasting organizational solutions.

## Responsibilities

- Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.

- Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers.

- Use qualitative and quantitative skills to tackle complex problems and design key analyses that influence operational decisions.

- Build trust and credibility with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into clear project plans.

- Communicate across teams, crafting compelling narratives and project updates that align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes.

## Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.

- Proven experience managing moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
