## Description

This is a hands-on technical role for an IT Engineer at ElevenLabs, a company transforming how we interact with technology. You will work remotely and be part of a high-growth IT team, expanding its headcount and global footprint.

You will work closely with the Security and Operations teams to keep endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools secure, ensuring people stay productive with the tools provided. You'll own and deliver technical projects across identity, endpoint management, office infrastructure, automation, and compliance, helping build scalable IT systems that support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage enterprise-scale IT systems with an automation-first mindset

- Work with identity and access management technologies (SAML, SCIM, OIDC) and tools like Okta and Google Workspace

- Handle Mobile Device Management tooling (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Fleet) across a device fleet

- Develop scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automating compliance checks, device configuration, and IT security tasks

- Manage office network equipment (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti), including office buildouts

- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 (or similar) standards, with a focus on end-user experience

Requirements:

- Strong background in IT Engineering, Technical Operations, or a DevOps-adjacent role

- Experience managing enterprise-scale IT systems and automation

- Knowledge of identity and access management technologies and tools

- Expertise with Mobile Device Management tooling

- Scripting skills and experience with automation

- Experience managing office network equipment and buildouts

- Ability to maintain compliance with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 standards

- Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment
