## Job Overview

## Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end shipments across various modes, including bookings, documentation, and milestone tracking.

- Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

- Troubleshoot shipment exceptions and escalate issues with proposed solutions.

- Maintain accurate data across Flexport systems to meet KPIs and client SLAs.

- Collaborate with account managers and customs teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

## Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions using AI, code, and automation.

- Develop or contribute to internal tools, dashboards, and workflows that enhance efficiency and data quality.

- Proactively leverage AI tools in daily work and share insights with the team.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

## Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with country management, operations leads, and sales teams to align on priorities and client needs.

- Build trusted relationships with clients and external partners.

- Contribute to regional strategy discussions with an operational perspective.

## Requirements

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate data-driven insights.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify win-win operational and business opportunities.

- Experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics operations is beneficial but not required.
