## Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Distribution team at our Rotherham location.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently.

**Pay Rates and Benefits:**

- Daytime hours (06:00 to 22:00): £12.99 to £13.30 per hour

- Night shifts (22:00 to 06:00): £15.58 to £15.89 per hour

- Opportunity to earn a performance bonus

**Responsibilities:**

- Picking and packing customer orders, potentially using headsets

- Scanning stock back into the system

- Handling boxes on conveyor belts

- Unloading deliveries from trailers

**Requirements:**

- Physically capable of manual handling and lifting up to 25kg

- Comfortable working at heights up to 1.78m

- Decisive thinker with a fast work pace

- Strong commitment to health and safety protocols

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts and support different departments

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
