## Description

We are seeking an Institutional Account Manager - Vaccines to play a key role in expanding adult vaccination in the private market. You will work with hospitals and large healthcare groups to map stakeholders, influence decision-makers, and support the implementation of patient care protocols.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to institutionalize adult vaccination in hospitals and large healthcare groups.

- Identify and engage strategic stakeholders, including medical leaders and decision-makers.

- Identify opportunities to incorporate vaccination into the patient's journey.

- Build and support the implementation of protocols and care pathways that promote prevention and improve health outcomes.

- Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Demand, and Access teams to develop solutions aligned with each institution's needs.

- Manage accounts and conduct action plans that generate sustainable impact for patients, institutions, and the business.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Consistent experience in access, institutional accounts, or private healthcare market.

- Experience in managing complex stakeholders, including influencers, medical leaders, and decision-makers.

- Ability to develop strategies for institutional accounts and lead discussions with autonomy and influence.

- Availability for travel and work in different institutions and territories according to business priorities.

- Valid driver's license (category B).

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with adult vaccination and knowledge of the immunization market in the private sector.

- Knowledge of the cardiovascular and metabolic ecosystem in a hospital setting.
