We are seeking a Market Intelligence Lead to lead the strategic analysis of market information, competition, industry trends, and commercial behaviour, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen the organization's competitive positioning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyse market information, therapeutic trends, product performance, and competitive dynamics to generate strategic recommendations that support commercial objectives.

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models to monitor key business performance indicators.

- Conduct market studies and analyse market share, growth, potential, and opportunities in various therapeutic areas.

- Monitor competitor activities, launches, commercial strategies, and relevant industry movements.

- Consolidate information from internal and external sources to transform data into actionable insights for Marketing, Commercial, and Executive teams.

- Prepare executive presentations and periodic reports for senior management, ensuring clear and timely communication of relevant findings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in strategic planning processes, sales forecasting, and new business development.

- Ensure the quality, consistency, and updating of databases used for market analysis.

**Requirements:**

- Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Commercial Planning, or similar roles.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.

- Experience in data analysis, indicator construction, and strategic recommendation generation.

**Technical Skills:**

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.

- Knowledge of market audits and specialized databases in the pharmaceutical industry (IQVIA, Close-Up, or similar).

- Statistical analysis and information modeling skills.

- Database management and analysis tool skills.

**Languages:**

- Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).
