## Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Priory Highbank Centre, a 19-bedded facility for neuro-rehabilitation and complex neuro-disability.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients who have complex needs, helping them to maximise their physical, emotional, and social potential and wellbeing. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working autonomously and flexibly to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assessing patients' needs and developing individualised treatment plans

- Delivering occupational therapy interventions on an individual or group basis

- Managing and co-ordinating patient care, including discharge planning

- Working with external professionals and clinical colleagues to ensure best practice

- Maintaining effective communication with patients, relatives, and carers

To be successful in this role, you will need to be HCPC registered and hold a Diploma in Occupational Therapy or a relevant degree. You will also require specialist skills and experience in working with neurological and brain injuries.
