## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Trial Committee Specialist with clinical trials experience to work in a hybrid setting in Belgrade, Serbia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing responsibilities for the establishment of a clinical trial committee, including identifying potential members, collecting and assessing documents, managing negotiations and contracts, and tracking committee member invoices.

Key responsibilities include:

- Scheduling and attending committee meetings

- Preparing and distributing meeting materials, such as agendas and meeting minutes

- Reviewing clinical event/endpoint documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy

- Initiating queries to sites as needed

- Managing translation services

- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Committee's collaborative workspace and/or electronic adjudication platform

- Providing operational support to the Committee Manager

- Filing project-specific trial committee documents in the Trial Master File (TMF)

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field

- Previous experience in study coordination or within a Contract Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company

- Strong understanding of medical and scientific terminology

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing project requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and other applicable regulatory requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
