We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. As a Service Technician, you will provide heating and cooling service, repairs, and maintenance to our customers. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

- Providing heating and cooling service, repairs, and maintenance

- Communicating with customers and the office through an electronic scheduling system

- Obtaining customer approval for work and payment on-site

- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times

- Assuming responsibility for company vehicles, diagnostic tools, and uniforms

- Serving as a teacher and leading by example for apprentices

- Attending group meetings and training as needed

Required skills and abilities:

- Minimum of three years field experience and formal training

- EPA certification

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work as an effective team member

- Computer skills and use of electronic devices

- Ability to work on a ladder and lift 50 pounds

- High School diploma or GED

- Valid, clean driver's license

- Professional set of tools
