We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own ApplySG's advanced capabilities, driving it from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, outcomes and roadmap aligned with business and industry needs

- Engage internal users and external industry stakeholders to identify problems and priorities

- Translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements and acceptance criteria

- Prioritise product backlog based on value, risk and technical constraints

- Guide iterative delivery and releases with engineering teams and vendors

- Own product post go-live, including adoption, stability and continuous improvement

- Analyse issues, drive root cause analysis and prioritise improvements

Technical & Architecture Responsibilities:

- Provide strong technical product leadership, including evaluating solution options and trade-offs

- Where required, act as the product's solution architect, defining high-level architecture, integration approach, data flows and non-functional requirements

- Where a dedicated architect exists, partner closely to drive coherent technical decisions

Requirements:

- At least 2 years' experience in software engineering, product management, digital solution ownership, business analyst or similar roles

- Strong technical foundation (architecture, integration, data, security fundamentals)

- Experience working with Agile or iterative delivery teams

- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
