We're seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Case Control Center in a client-facing intake role. This position requires working five days per week, handling inbound telephone calls related to medical malpractice and nursing home claims.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed intake calls with prospective clients.

- Vet and assess medical malpractice and nursing home claims.

- Gather and document medical and factual information with accuracy.

- Support key aspects of the legal intake process.

- Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

- Enter and maintain detailed client information in internal systems.

- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.

Qualifications:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Exceptional listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Comfort working on the phone for extended periods.

- Strong computer and data entry skills.

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and learn quickly.

- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional demeanor with a calm, empathetic, and client-focused approach.

- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

- Bilingual skills are a plus!
