## Description

As an Executive Seedling One Pool, your main function will be to manage and create a client portfolio to increase the profitability of the branch.

You will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities

- Managing a portfolio of clients

- Detecting client needs

- Working in a sales-driven environment

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance

- At least one year of experience in banking operations (products)

- At least one year of experience in sales

- Knowledge of markets

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Results-oriented and problem-solving approach

- Adaptability to change

Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
