## Description

The Supply Chain Analyst II provides comprehensive customer service and support across various channels for both business and end-consumer customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing customer service activities for Industrial Sales business, including order to cash (OTC) activities

- Leading day-to-day customer service and order to cash functions

- Ensuring product availability and accurate invoicing

- Collaborating with product supply, external warehouses, and internal stakeholders

- Engaging with customers on a regular basis related to orders, invoicing, and collections

- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to Industrial Sales processes

The ideal candidate will have:

- A BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or related field

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills

- SAP experience

Preferred qualifications include:

- Analytical capability, agility, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision making

The salary range for this position is $100,480.00 - $150,720.00 per year, dependent on education and experience. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
