## Description

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Operations team at Magna Park, Milton Keynes.

The successful candidate will lead a team of waste operatives to ensure health and safety compliance, team productivity optimisation, and performance, as well as shift reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the waste operative team to ensure health and safety compliance

- Operating machinery such as Forklift, LLOP, Counterbalances, Compactor, and Balers

- Processing and sorting waste materials into appropriate streams

- Capturing and recording data accurately

- Upholding health and safety procedures

- Reporting accidents, near misses, and incidents

- Ensuring correct PPE is worn by all team members

- Promoting a positive safety culture

Requirements:

- Ability to lead an operational team

- High priority and focus on leading Health & Safety within the team

- Punctuality and ability to start shifts on time

- Good communication skills

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Flexibility to ensure workload is completed
