## Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Services Portfolio Production to build and lead a high-velocity production engine that transforms technical concepts into elite, field-ready service and training offerings.

The ideal candidate has managed a diverse staff of technical and creative resources, can work with minimal supervision, and can implement the process changes required to continually mature the team's launch and collateral operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and leading a high-velocity production engine

- Serving as the primary link between Production and Sales Enablement/Go-to-Market (GTM)

- Leading the overhaul of Tenable's corporate 'house style' across all One Tenable and Prime assets

- Coordinating with SMEs to deliver high-quality broadcast content on a recurring cadence

- Planning, coordinating, and executing service and training offering launches

- Designing and managing scalable, repeatable workflows

- Owning the LMS and training delivery platforms, the global PS collateral library, and access management for all portfolio assets

- Creating and maintaining appropriate training curricula, collateral, and video recordings

- Implementing rigorous quality and content review standards

- Building and leading a diverse, cross-timezone team of technical and creative professionals

- Establishing and tracking day-to-day production metrics

- Fostering a high-performance culture

- Performing content reviews to assure technical accuracy, brand alignment, and quality

- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders

- Identifying launch dependencies and production bottlenecks early

Requirements:

- 8+ years of related experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional processes

- 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading creative and/or technical production staff

- Experience with go-to-market, marketing, or sales-enablement processes

- Exposure to the full content/product delivery lifecycle

- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field

- Working knowledge of network security and vulnerability management

- Experience administering an LMS and managing a content/collateral library at scale

- Familiarity with data and dashboarding tools

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
