## Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Professional to join our team in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and business users, analyzing requirements for solutions and technology, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with customers and business users to analyze requirements for solutions and technology

- Provide ongoing ICT support for the operations team to align with strategic objectives for digital transformation

- Share ICT trends and industry best practices with other professionals and customers

- Lead the planning and execution of Connected Service projects

- Investigate and analyze trend data to identify issues and provide solutions

- Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes for customers

- Adapt to flexible task scheduling and conduct daily reviews of customer sites

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business or Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, network infrastructure, system and network administration, or IT security management

- Solid hands-on experience in IT systems and networking, including support and troubleshooting with a Microsoft server environment, TCP/IP networking, and cloud applications connections

- Understanding of cybersecurity risks and their mitigation strategies

- Knowledge of IT service management methodologies (such as ITIL) and relevant processes

- Basic understanding of Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, cloud technology, and mobile applications

- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
