## Description

We are seeking a Business Initiatives Manager to collaborate with various teams to manage special business initiatives after the launch of eMPF and determine the future service model to support both employers and members in achieving business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams to manage special business initiatives and determine future service models

- Assist in the penetration and adoption of e-services tools to target groups and develop sales for services models

- Work closely with team leads and counter partners for client retention

- Participate in task forces and work groups to support business initiatives

- Deliver solutions and execute implementation plans to meet agreed timelines

- Monitor service activities to comply with regulated requirements and risk management

- Proactively evaluate key performance measures for continuous success

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to adapt to evolving changes and uncertainties in eMPF requirements

- Strong cooperation and collaboration skills with internal peers and external parties

- High degree of sensitivity to unforeseen market changes and customer sentiments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and solutioning skills

- Capacity for constant learning from both success and failure

- Open to change and continuous improvement
