The Investigation Manager (Quản lý Điều tra) will conduct and oversee investigations into financial crimes, frauds, misconducts, and other violations to protect customer and company benefits, and ensure compliance with group policies, standards, and local government regulations.

**Job Accountability**

- Manage and oversee investigations received from various sources, ensuring timely and effective handling.

- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to collect evidence, work with suspicious subjects, and deliver remedial actions.

- Propose disciplinary actions against sales force and internal staff who breach code of conducts, regulations, and policies.

- Review, approve, and escalate investigation plans and reports to senior management.

- Stay updated with industry trends, laws, and regulations, and ensure team's compliance with internal policies and procedures.

- Lead and mentor a team of investigators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Oversee and manage investigations related to potential violations against local laws, regulations, and policies.

- Lead a team of investigators to gather and analyze evidence, identify potential compliance issues, and ensure consistency in investigative approaches.

- Manage investigations from inception to conclusion, ensuring best practices are followed.

- Review and approve reports and documentation related to investigations and findings.

- Develop and implement training and awareness programs for employees on compliance-related topics.

- Mentor, coach, and manage a team of investigators, providing guidance on investigation techniques and best practices.

**Job Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Banking, or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in investigation, compliance, legal, audit, or related field.

- Mandatory skills: investigation, interview, negotiation, presentation, report writing, leadership, and management.

- Beneficial skills: certified fraud examiner, good problem analysis and solving, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
