This is your chance to live a unique professional adventure! The Data Office at Disneyland Paris is strengthening its technical leadership in data architectures, platforms, and solutions. As a Technical Lead Data, you will be the technical expert on data engineering, data architecture, and AI topics. You will ensure the quality, robustness, coherence, security, and sustainability of implemented solutions.

Your main objectives will be:

- To provide technical leadership on our modern data stack platforms and solutions

- To guarantee the operational maintenance, scalability, and consistency of the platform

- To ensure interoperability between Data, ML, AI, and GenAI platforms

- To secure the quality, performance, manageability, security, and cost control of data pipelines and products

- To evolve work methods using AI, with a pragmatic approach focused on added value

Key responsibilities:

**1. Data & AI Technical Leadership**

- Be the technical expert on data engineering and data architecture topics

- Define, promote, and apply technical patterns for ingestion, transformation, exposure, orchestration, serving, and observability

- Make technical decisions and ensure implementation quality in terms of performance, reliability, security, scalability, manageability, and costs

**2. Data Platform Maintenance and Evolution**

- Ensure the operational maintenance and evolution of data platforms with relevant teams

- Define technical trajectories, anticipate capacity and observability needs, and manage risk and technical debt reduction

- Guarantee maintainability, automation, and reproducibility of environments and deployments

**3. Architecture and Interoperability**

- Contribute to the framing and design of Data use cases

- Define and validate technical architectures for batch, streaming, API, and ML pipelines

- Ensure interoperability between ML, AI, and GenAI platforms and the Data platform

**4. Engineering Excellence and Team Support**

- Support Data Engineers in technical choices, best practices, and resolving complex issues

- Perform design, architecture, and code reviews when necessary

- Improve CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DataOps, automated testing, security, and observability practices

**5. Transforming Work Methods with AI**

- Identify AI uses that can improve design, development, testing, documentation, operation, and support

- Implement a realistic and pragmatic approach based on controlled experimentation, result measurement, and added value

**6. Contribution to Structuring Transformation Projects**

- Provide technical expertise to Data Office transformation projects

- Secure architecture decisions and key phases of the solution life cycle

Technical environment and skills:

- Cloud & security: AWS (cloud architecture, IAM, network, security, resilience, cost optimisation)

- Data Platform: Snowflake (architecture, modelling, performance, governance, security)

- Transformation: dbt (project structuring, models, tests, documentation)

- Orchestration: Apache Airflow (DAG design, dependencies, incident recovery)

- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (modularity, environment management)

Profile sought:

- Higher education (Master's or equivalent) in computer science, data, architecture, or AI

- Significant experience (ideally 7 years or more) in Data Engineering, Tech Lead, Data Architecture, or AI roles

- In-depth knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, and Terraform

- Experience in maintaining, evolving, and industrialising complex data and AI platforms

Key skills:

- Technical leadership, decision-making, and sense of responsibility

- Expertise in data engineering, data architecture, and cloud platforms

- Solid understanding of ML, AI, and GenAI challenges in production

Practical information:

- This is a permanent contract (CDI) with a managerial status

- The position is based in Marne-La-Vallée

- Favourable working conditions, telework policy (10 days of telework per month)
