## Description

Argus Analytics, part of Argus Media Group, is seeking an experienced Manager, Battery Materials to lead the delivery, improvement, and expansion of their existing battery materials service. The successful candidate will provide thought leadership to the market, build relationships with the industry, and position Argus as a key voice in the sector.

The Manager, Battery Materials will report to the Global Head of Metals and will be responsible for:

- Developing Argus' outlook for battery materials markets, identifying major trends and risks

- Improving fundamental market models and translating outputs into clear market views and forecasts

- Designing and delivering client-facing products, including reports, presentations, and webinars

- Building relationships with senior industry stakeholders and clients

- Representing Argus Analytics at international conferences and executive-level client engagements

- Growing the Analytics client base through thought leadership and business development activities

- Mentoring junior team members and developing capabilities across the Analytics team

- Identifying opportunities for new analytical products and services

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in battery materials or related markets, a strong understanding of global battery material value chains, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint is required, with awareness of statistical and programming languages such as R being an advantage.
