As a Customer Experience Associate with Money, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Credit Card and Banking products and customer support processes, assisting cardholders with their most challenging inquiries.

Your responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to every cardholder

- Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to remain adaptable as support processes evolve

- Investigating details independently, escalating issues appropriately, and identifying emerging trends that may indicate product bugs

- Learning and growing continuously as banking and credit card services expand

- Acting as an advocate for products and services, driving continuous improvement based on customer feedback

Requirements:

- 1+ years of customer service, financial services or contact center support experience

- Basic understanding of financial products or a strong willingness to learn

- Familiarity with text, email, and phone-based customer support channels

- Basic working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on various job-related factors. The expected hourly range for this role is $21.30-$25 USD.
