## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Global Payments Solutions - Client Connectivity team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing cash management solutions for corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client implementation, technical integration, and solution delivery for cash management solutions

- Onboard corporate clients onto HSBC's payment and receivables platform

- Act as a consultant to clients during implementation

- Provide consultation to sales teams and participate in deal teams to secure mandates

- Maintain HSBC internal control standards and implement group compliance policies

- Contribute to the management and development of the Client Connectivity function

- Manage escalations, senior management interventions, and operational risk

- Build relationships with clients and become the first point of contact for GPS-related requirements

- Track revenue for clients being onboarded onto HSBC's platform

Qualifications:

- Project management skills with experience in client implementation and integration

- Technical knowledge of file formats and industry standards

- Experience in corporate banking and knowledge of the banking environment and regulatory framework

- Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and people-oriented skills

- Ability to work under pressure and think laterally
