## Description

As a Lead Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob, you will be part of a fast-growing company that provides a leading global supply chain and fulfillment technology platform for SMB and Mid-Market ecommerce merchants.

Responsibilities:

- Receiving: accepting new inventory, putting it away, and communicating arrivals and exceptions

- Picking: delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately

- Packing: ensuring the quality of each shipment and packing items correctly

- Other Duties as Required: helping out in other areas to ensure operations run efficiently

- Ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures

Requirements:

- Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction

- Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hr shift

- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently

- Willing to get hands dirty to complete tasks

- Adaptable to change quickly

- Extremely detail-oriented

- Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities

- Previous warehouse experience not required

- Must be 18 or older
