## Description

As a Sales Activator at Red Bull Canada, you will drive excellent trade execution throughout your market, in partnership with the local Distribution Partner.

Your main priorities will include:

- Executing long-term sales drivers in key retail and impulse accounts

- Securing distribution of Red Bull in new accounts across all channels

- Implementing merchandising standards and tracking KPI execution

- Coordinating with the local distribution partner to ensure flawless execution

**Responsibilities**

### Areas that play to your strengths

#### EXECUTION

- Drive Red Bull Perfect Store conditions to win against competitors

- Execute the opening of new accounts with the Distribution Partner

- Actively sell additional points of distribution to improve in-store presence

- Encourage Distribution Partners to enroll independent accounts into the Volume Incentive Program

- Sell with key regional strategic accounts to drive efficient promotional execution and in-store conditions

#### PLANNING

- Effectively plan your schedule to maximize time in stores with the greatest impact

- Communicate with Distribution Partner field personnel to guarantee alignment and focus on priorities

- Initiate plans to drive KPI execution and maintain vertical accountability

- Plan and lead seasonal trade-blitzes to capture key peak volume opportunities

#### CONSULTATIVE

- Leverage available data to drive insights and support selling stories

- Act as a trusted advisor to key customers

- Communicate regularly with internal teams and Distribution Partners

- Be a credible contributor to the local full-cell team

- Champion the World of Red Bull mentality and mindset

**Requirements**

- Outstanding sales experience and track record in the Consumer Goods industry (Beverage Preferred), +3 years

- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate distribution partners with experience, +3 years

- Strong communicator and motivator

- Excellent negotiator and influencer

- Clear and proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies

- Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles

- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability

- Able to work independently with responsibility, and be organized

- Experience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

- University – Bachelor’s Degree preferred

- Fluent in English

**What We Offer**

- Expected annual base salary range: $57,000 to $63,000

- Eligible for an annual bonus
