## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Falkirk Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

You'll work varied shifts including Sundays, Mondays, and Saturdays from 11:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours during peak periods in December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapt to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
