As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and organising mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations. Your tasks will include:

- Preparing and assisting with food preparation across all service periods

- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

- Keeping your work area clean, organised, and hygienic

- Following food safety standards and supporting stock rotation practices

- Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries in line with procedures

- Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service

You enjoy working in a team environment, ensuring high-quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP, and OHS standards. You have excellent customer service skills, 3 years' experience, a good attitude, and a good sense of team spirit.
