## Description

In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement.

Responsibilities:

- Process customer requests under the customer data management function for traditional life, ILP, and term policies in accordance with guidelines, service standards, and quality.

- Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.

Key Metrics:

- Certification status of transactions trained

- Productivity

- Error rate

- Attendance

- Timely escalation on complaints received/error discovered

- Service Level Agreements of cases assigned

Requirements:

- Degree holder with at least 1-2 years working experience in Life insurance policy servicing, working in the customer data management function.

- Knowledge on Life, ILP, and term insurance plans will be an added advantage.
