## Description

A Case Analyst within the US Consular team reports directly to the Practice Leader / Associate. The successful candidate will provide visa coordination support to the Practice Leader / Associate.

Responsibilities:

- Booking visa appointments across Asia-Pacific, requiring knowledge of coordinating with Fragomen Asia offices and co-counsel, monitoring US Consular calendars, and preparing emergency applications

- Communicating with Consulate through multiple channels to resolve urgent VIP requests

- Responding to FDBL US inquiries on current Consulate adjudication patterns and required application documents

- Assisting with US Corporate client relationship management by fielding queries and providing processing updates

- Explaining to visa applicants the core requirements of their visa category and how to best present their application

- Filing, emailing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, and uploading documents

- Uploading documents to Fragomen Connect and performing Connect updates

- Performing research tasks as directed

- Amending templates, best practices, and application procedures based on official Consulate correspondence and observed Consular adjudication patterns

- Undertaking other general administrative support and providing support to other team members

- Maintaining current knowledge of client-specific and internal SLAs

- Attending training to maintain and develop relevant technical knowledge, techniques, and skills
