## Description

We are seeking an Apothekenreferent (m/w/d) for the OTC area to join our Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team. As a key member of our team, you will actively contribute to a product launch in the nutritional supplements sector across Germany.

Responsibilities:

- Develop pharmacies into long-term partners and drive distribution, recommendation, and sell-out in your territory

- Achieve sales, distribution, and market share targets in your territory

- Build sustainable customer relationships and continuously develop your territory

- Implement national sales, marketing, and launch strategies in the market

- Identify growth opportunities and derive concrete measures to increase sales

- Analyze market, customer, and competitive developments in your territory and provide valuable impulses to the company

- Use digital sales systems and CRM tools to plan, document, and control customer activities

- Collaborate closely with your regional sales manager and relevant internal interfaces

Requirements:

- Successful experience in pharmaceutical sales, pharmacy sales, or comparable sales qualifications

- Knowledge of the German pharmacy market and experience in supporting pharmacies

- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently, structured, and results-oriented

- Experience with CRM systems, digital applications, and sales metrics

- High willingness to travel within your territory
