## Description

We are seeking a Junior Regional Marketing Manager to support our Field Marketing team in Bremen, Germany.

As a Junior Regional Marketing Manager, you will assist the Senior Field Marketing Manager in establishing a regional presence for the Red Bull brand. Your focus will be on creating personal and authentic experiences that connect with consumers in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement field marketing strategies for the North region, focusing on Bremen, Oldenburg, and Osnabrück

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute events, activations, and projects that enhance brand awareness and drive sales

- Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources

- Analyze project results, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements

- Support the Student Marketeer program, including concept development, implementation, and control of marketing activities at universities

- Define and monitor goals for Student Marketers, provide coaching, and ensure they embody the Red Bull brand values

- Contribute to the annual business plan, leveraging cross-functional collaboration and market knowledge to develop local marketing ideas

**Requirements:**

- Completed university degree

- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

- Ideally, experience as a Student Marketeer or knowledge of the Student Marketeer program

- First professional experience and/or diverse practical experience in marketing

- Strong interest in sports, fitness, gaming, lifestyle, and social media

- Strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on mentality

- Excellent communication and networking skills

- Strong planning, budgeting, and project management skills

- Analytical abilities and digital native with knowledge of social media
