## Description

As a Production Hardware Test Engineer at Anduril, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's systems meet stringent testing standards, resulting in high-quality products for customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining ownership of test activities in production and ensuring smooth production test flow

- Providing hands-on troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex infrared systems issues

- Developing and maintaining test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream

- Generating test work instructions and training technicians on equipment use

- Creating a library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides

- Maintaining and developing software for test automation, data analytics, and report generation

- Determining root causes of product failures and recommending corrective actions

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering

- Analyzing test data and providing detailed reports to identify defects and areas for improvement

- Optimizing test strategies for efficiency and effectiveness

- Calibrating and maintaining test equipment

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment

- Experience with data acquisition and processing using MATLAB, Python, and other programming languages

- Strong root cause analysis skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working on projects involving electrical, opto-mechanical, and software/firmware systems

- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of infrared systems, experience with cryogenic testing equipment, and familiarity with various test equipment.

In terms of compensation, the salary range for this role is $98,000-$130,000 USD per year. Anduril also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including equity grants and top-tier benefits for full-time employees.
