Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be expected to:

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Stay sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods

- Go above and beyond to serve, sell, fill, and help drive growth in sales

This is a part-time, flexible role, working early mornings. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
