## Description

We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our APAC team. You will be the link between our APAC operations and the digital teams who build and run our platforms. You will take a vision and work out what it means for our systems, teams, customers, and processes.

## Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with Digital leadership, stakeholders, and developers to bring vision to reality

- Work with stakeholders across our APAC markets to determine the requirements for changes to legal, financial, technical, and operational processes

- Create, manage, and maintain detailed tickets of work for our development teams

- Capture, analyse, and document requirements, then support communication and delivery

- Assess how new features and products will affect our systems, processes, and data, both local and global

- Carry out cost-benefit analysis, including the associated risks

- Support administration and configuration of platforms

- Test changes before they go live, and look into issues before escalation

- Identify where we can use the systems and features we already have before building something new

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Experience defining solutions within a technical development environment

- Hands-on experience configuring, testing, and troubleshooting digital platforms and integrations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work professionally with engineers, international teams, and subject matter experts

- Experience liaising with and managing internal and external stakeholders

- A highly organised, logical, and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise competing work

- Able to work well with a team spread across countries and time zones, hosting and joining online calls

- Comfortable working in ambiguity with pragmatism
