## Description

As a Beauty Advisor at Charlotte Tilbury, you will be an ambassador for the brand, reflecting its values and serving its customer base.

Your main goal will be to achieve optimal financial results by maximizing top-line sales potential and ensuring superior customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results in-store to meet and exceed targets, focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT)

- Managing customer queries using sound judgment to achieve positive outcomes

- Building partnerships with the Account Executive and Area Trainer to ensure continuous training and development of the team

- Extending exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience

- Analyzing business performance and planning strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

- Promoting the Tilbury Touch to the team and customers

- Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service and the Tilbury Touch

- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity

- Ensuring the counter is 'customer ready' from opening to closing

- Maintaining required inventory levels and accurate stock files

- Implementing visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed

- Maintaining technology on counter and raising operational issues for resolution

- Establishing and developing cooperative relationships with the store retail operations team

- Scheduling the team to optimize coverage according to customer flow

- Maintaining excellent counter hygiene standards and store standards and policies
