### Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled 2nd Commis Pizza to join our Galley team on board one of our ships. You'll be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop your skills in pizza production and processing techniques.

- Work closely with the Chief Baker/CDP Pizza to execute production according to Company recipes.

- Demonstrate a growing understanding of basic ingredients, required production skills, and the product range.

- Manage ingredient consumption, follow recipes, and minimize waste.

- Carry out production in your assigned area/station according to Company recipes and schedules.

### Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- One year of prior work experience in a Pizza environment.

- Good knowledge of English.

- Basic knowledge of pizza preparation, presentation, and preservation.

- Familiarity with Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures.

- Ability to organize and complete work by deadlines.
