## Description

As a Guest Relations Management Intern at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, you will create unforgettable guest experiences in a luxury five-star environment.

You will join our dedicated Guest Relations team and gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, developing key management skills and overseeing internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create tailor-made guest experiences with creativity

- Support and create a warm welcome to our guests

- Handle daily administrative tasks, including guest reviews, VIP lists, emails, and group preparation

- Manage and prepare for top VIP arrivals

- Engage in meaningful guest contact, offering personalized service

- Monitor online performance and identify areas for improvement

- Lead daily historical tours

Management Responsibilities:

- Create and manage staff schedules

- Handle hour administration and communicate with HR

- Take ownership of a project to enhance guest satisfaction

- Be the point of contact for the team regarding schedule changes and task ownership

- Lead internal communication and support financial processes

Qualifications:

- Proactive attitude and people-first mindset

- Hands-on personality with strong communication skills

- Creativity and curiosity to improve the guest experience

- Enrolled in a hospitality education and available for a minimum of 5 months

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
