## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer in Clinical Pharmacology.

The successful candidate will use SAS or other software to develop custom programming code to generate summary tables, data listings, graphs, and derived datasets as specified in the statistical analysis plan and programming specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and validating programming code to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met

- Collaborating with other programmers, biostatisticians, and project team members to resolve discrepancies and findings

- Maintaining well-organized project documentation, testing, and verification/quality control documents and programs

- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting goals, and adapting to timeline or priority changes

- Preparing for internal meetings, contributing ideas, and demonstrating respect for others' opinions

- Conducting effective internal meetings, distributing relevant information, and ensuring action items are completed

- Acting as a lead statistical programmer, directing programming activities, and monitoring progress

- Participating in sponsor meetings, kickoff meetings, and bid defense meetings as required

- Mentoring programming personnel through training courses, presenting materials, and providing feedback

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in a scientific or statistical discipline

- Extensive programming experience in SAS or other required software, preferably in a clinical trial environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
