## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Gloucester Eastgate. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and meet strong customer demand. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various store areas

**Work Pattern:** Sunday: 06:00-10:00 Tuesday: 05:00-09:00 Wednesday: 05:00-09:00

**Additional Information:** This is a part-time, Christmas-only role, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. You must be at least 18 years old to apply due to health and safety legislation.
