We are seeking a Claims Manager DAB (Damage to Goods) to join our TPA team on a temporary contract of 6 months, based in Nanterre Prefecture (92).

As a Claims Manager DAB, you will be responsible for managing damage to goods insurance claims. Your main tasks:

- Receive and record claim declarations

- Manage claims independently from opening to closure, including managing appeals

- Analyse supporting documents and contractual guarantees

- Determine responsibilities

- Prepare indemnification request files and track them within set deadlines

- Communicate with brokers and industry professionals to complete files

- Process insured party indemnifications

Requirements:

- Minimum Bac +2 level qualification in insurance or law

- Significant professional experience as a Claims Manager, particularly in Damage to Goods

Desirable skills:

- Mastery of conventions (IRSI, CIDECOP) and common law

- Knowledge of administrative law

- Strong customer relationship skills

- Patience and active listening

- Good knowledge of insurance products

- Autonomy and problem-solving abilities

- Computer literacy

- Good writing skills

- Organisational skills and team spirit

- English language proficiency
