## Description

We are seeking a VP, Product Delivery & Growth - AI to join our team at PointClickCare. As a leading health tech company, our mission is to help providers deliver exceptional care. This role is remote and reports to the leadership team.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the portfolio from launch through scale. They will define the growth thesis for each product line, set adoption and revenue targets with Sales and Revenue Operations, and drive cross-functional accountability for attainment.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+ years leading teams at the Director level or above. They will have demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes beyond launch execution.
