## Description

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is a leading hospitality company operating a portfolio of over 20 business class hotels. This role is responsible for providing assistance in engineering operations, including maintenance, repair of hotel property, outside grounds, hotel equipment, preventative maintenance, and asset protection.

### Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Engineering: Learn and demonstrate the ability to maintain property assets, working with the Chief Engineer to understand preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, routine inspections, and capital expenditures.

- Guest service: Assist and respond to guest requests in a friendly and positive manner, providing the highest level of service.

- Identify concerns and provide maintenance solutions: Assess and evaluate property assets through preventative maintenance, recommending maintenance service solutions.

- Follow B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group's standard operating procedures, learning and executing engineering SOPs.

- Work collaboratively with all others, contributing to meeting guest needs and department efforts.

- Work safely, maintaining a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulations.

- Self-Management: Plan, organize, and prioritize work duties, adhering to attendance policies and department procedures.

### Education, Skills and Experience

- High School diploma or GED required, with CPO and appliance repair certification desired.

- 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.

### Additional Information

The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F.
