## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work through the night, Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell our newest food products, and ensure our customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Being flexible and adaptable to changing demands

In return, you'll receive a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
