## Description

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work with our Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment leads. As Chief of Staff, you will manage the workflow of the Enterprise Deployment team, understand the business opportunities and individual skills of team members, and bring organization to this fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Become an expert on the strengths of the Enterprise Deployment team members and staff them on projects thoughtfully

- Track performance of team members and engage with their leads and people they work closely with

- Coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team

- Own the onboarding process for new team members

- Prepare for team meetings and ensure effective use of time

- Track the Enterprise Deployment OKRs and provide regular updates on their progress

- Plan team co-locations to strengthen partnerships and encourage collaboration

- Act as the liaison between the deployment team and other parts of the organisation

Location: This role is remote and can be executed globally, but London, England is preferred.
