## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Brooklands, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

You'll work early morning shifts, primarily Sundays to Saturdays from 06:00-10:00, with potential to work full-time hours during peak periods around December 13th and 20th.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various store areas

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
