## Description

We are seeking a Brigade Chef to join our team at the Mercure Paris Orly Tech hotel, located in the heart of the Orly district. As a modern and welcoming hotel, we cater to a diverse range of clients, including business travellers and tourists.

As a Brigade Chef, you will be responsible for:

- Organising the reception and care of clients, ensuring their stay runs smoothly

- Building high-quality relationships with clients to foster loyalty

- Anticipating and addressing client needs

- Contributing to the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives within your department

- Implementing brand and Group projects and identity

- Supervising the work of receptionists and participating in their professional development

- Representing the hotel's image

In terms of technical skills, you will:

- Participate in, organise, and supervise operations related to client check-in and departure

- Ensure the application of pricing policy and internal audit procedures

- Guarantee the smooth transmission of necessary information to other departments and team members

- Monitor the quality of services offered, through client feedback and quality audits

- Handle complaints and provide swift solutions

You will also focus on:

- Sales and revenue growth

- Team management and motivation

- Hygiene and safety protocols

Requirements:

- Bac to Bac +2 level education

- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist

- Professional computer skills, particularly with Opera Cloud and Resaweb

- Professional English language proficiency
