## Description

We are seeking a seasoned FBS Field Claims Manager to lead teams across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality claims outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with executive and cross-functional leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives and complex projects that drive business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading high-level efforts for high-value or low-limit claims, ensuring teams have plans in place for staffing, workflow, quality assurance, reporting, and budget oversight

- Building and maintaining internal and external networks to facilitate collaboration across claims and the enterprise

- Interacting regularly with senior claims and enterprise leadership on claims strategy and operational outcomes

- Overseeing and directing change strategy for the department, including implementing and communicating change to improve adoption and maintain positive employee engagement

- Shaping line of business strategy and formulating operational objectives

- Leveraging internal and external resources to support the business in understanding the competitive landscape and identifying new strategic opportunities

Requirements:

- Operational leadership, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis

- Experience in claims strategy execution, technology utilization, performance expectation setting, and succession planning

- Shift timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST
