## Description

You will be joining Sun Life, a leading financial services company, to support the development, coordination, and delivery of product marketing and promotional materials for product launches and promotions.

**Responsibilities**

**Product Marketing & Promotion Support**

- Support the development, coordination, and delivery of product marketing and promotional materials for product launches and promotion.

- Coordinate with various teams, including Product Proposition, Product Campaign, Distribution, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external vendors to ensure timely production and approval of marketing materials.

- Manage external vendors involved in the production of marketing and promotional materials.

- Conduct quality checks and proof-reading to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and compliant with regulatory and internal requirements.

- Manage stakeholder review and approval processes of marketing materials and monitor production timelines to ensure launch readiness.

**Campaign Fulfilment & Enquiry Management**

- Manage campaign fulfilment activities, including eligibility validation, fulfilment processing, reconciliation, exception handling, and operational controls.

- Coordinate fulfilment execution with various teams, including Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Service, and Distribution.

- Handle and resolve campaign fulfilment-related enquiries from internal stakeholders and distribution channels.

- Perform data validation, fulfilment file verification, and reconciliation to ensure fulfilment accuracy.

- Maintain fulfilment records, audit trails, and operational documentation.

**Requirements**

**Education & Experience**

- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

- 5-8 years of experience in product marketing support, campaign management, marketing communications, business operations, or related functions.

- Experience supporting product launches, marketing collateral development, and stakeholder coordination.

- Experience handling large datasets and fulfilment operations, or customer incentive programmes is an advantage.

- Experience in life insurance or financial services industry is preferred.

**Technical Skills**

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Strong data management and data manipulation capabilities.
