## Description

Join GSK as a Supply Chain Planner supporting sites and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) in Türkiye on a secondment contract until the end of 2027.

In this role, you will develop and manage supply plans that keep essential products moving smoothly through our global network.

Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end supply chain and material planning for International Central Regional Sites and CMOs across a 0–3-year horizon to ensure product availability while optimizing working capital.

- Develop optimized supply plans (using RCCP and DRP) aligned with site and CMO teams, balancing demand, capacity, and inventory, and being accountable for key planning parameters (safety stock, lead times, MOQs).

- Proactively manage supply risks via SCIM and SRM within the CCC framework to prevent stock-outs, protect sales, and optimize customer service, inventory, and operating costs.

- Own and manage bulk/API material planning and inventory, including stock policies, replenishment models, and performance monitoring versus planning parameters, contracts, and working capital targets.

- Lead process and performance improvement initiatives with sites and CMOs to reduce overstocks, improve planning processes, shape consolidated demand signals, and support 3-year material purchasing visibility.

- Act as a change management and continuous improvement ambassador across the supply chain, implementing CCC processes and serving as a key business partner to LOCs, sites, and CMOs to drive collaboration and standardization.

Basic Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.

- At least 3 years of practical experience in supply planning or related roles within manufacturing or supply chain environments.

- Experience working with manufacturing sites and/or Contract Manufacturing Organisations.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or supply planning systems.

- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a matrix organization.

Preferred Qualification:

- Experience using SAP, OMP, APO, or similar supply planning tools.

- Knowledge of inventory optimization methods and capacity planning techniques.

- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI.

- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and operational change.

- Relevant professional certifications such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or CILT.

- Experience working in global, cross-functional, and culturally diverse teams.
